METIS Plyometric Boxes are a perfect addition to all home & commercial gyms. Available as a full foam plyo box set or as individual blocks – Green (15cm), Blue (30cm), Red (45cm), & Black (60cm).

Plyo boxes are a must-have piece of gym equipment for all gyms, CorssFit boxes & studios. A perfect option for explosive training workouts to improve your power & speed. Manufactured using an anti-slip PVC cover to ensure maximum safety for users & features a soft, low density EPE foam interior for a soft landing to reduce strain on joints. These gym boxes have adjustable heights as they can be used individually or combined to aid a wide range of exercises including split squats, hip thrusts, step ups or push ups. Thick hook & loop fastening strips securely fasten the boxes together for supreme stability when stacked. Available as a complete set or individually - Green (15cm), Blue (30cm), Red (45cm), & Black (60cm).
